TERMS AND CONDITIONS GENERAL QUOTATIONS All quotations issued by Uni-Network Group shall be valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue. Thereafter we reserve the right to vary, modify or withdraw our offer. Any quotation issued by Uni-Network Group shall not be construed as an offer or obligation to sell or supply services indicated on the quotation and accordingly Uni-Network Group reserves the right to accept or reject at its discretion any orders which may be received by it. PRICES All prices quoted are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST), unless expressly indicated on our quotations. Tax invoices will include the GST component. PAYMENT TERMS Unless otherwise agreed in writing by Uni-Network Group, payment terms are strictly 14 days from date of the invoice. HOURS OF WORK Unless otherwise stated, all work will be carried out during normal business hours. This being 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Work outside these will be subject to a surcharge. OWNERSHIP OF GOODS SUPPLIED Title to goods supplied by Uni-Network Group shall remain with Uni-Network Group until all monies owing by the buyer to Uni-Network Group have been paid in full.
